《潛意識餐廳Vol.2》由發跡自台中的當代前衛藝術雜誌《白木耳》獨立出版。

《白木耳》雜誌聚焦全球，《潛意識餐廳》雜誌則專注於台灣本土。台灣身為一個地理與政治位置特殊的小海島，有著不輸給別國，豐富的藝術與文化。我們認為藉由雜誌平台報導關於這塊土地上年輕的藝術家及現正發生的事情。幫助這裡滋長、使這個地方與過往的歷史與批判更有連結性。促進這裡的發展，推動當代本土人文藝術，同樣地我們也需要讓外國的人可以更加了解台灣，認識台灣有那麼多美好且難得可貴的文化。This issue was commissioned by Kit Hammonds for INDEX at Guadalajara International Book Fair. The issue includes an interview with Stephen O'Malley which you can read on-line here. It also includes interviews with artist Abraham Cruzvillegas, and Abraham Israel Martinez about the Mexican sound art scene. There are articles about the poet Hsia Yu and the electronic / noise / light duo HH, photographs by Yao Jui-chung and more.
